Booking & Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days: A full refund will be issued, less a 5% handling fee calculated on the total tour price.
Exceptional circumstances require valid, verifiable reasons with supporting documentation.
31–60 days: 15% of the total tour price will be forfeited.
15–30 days: 35% of the total tour price will be forfeited.
8–14 days: 80% of the total tour price will be forfeited.
7 days or fewer: 100% of the tour price will be forfeited.
If Why Not Africa Tours cancels: Full refund or transfer to another departure. Why Not Africa Tours cannot be held responsible for independently booked flights or accommodation.
